Easing the devastating effects of serious digestive diseases
“During medical school, I learned about liver diseases and other gastrointestinal conditions and the devastating effects they can have on the lives of patients. I knew this specialty was one that would allow me to use my abilities to help the most people.
“After 25 (is this still accurate?) years working as a Gastroenterologist, I am grateful for the contributions I’ve been able to make to this medical specialty. I perform tests and treatments for the full spectrum of digestive conditions, including the latest Barrett’s Esophagus and hemorrhoid procedures. But I take special pride in the help I give people with chronic, even life-threatening liver problems. I spend a lot of time researching the most recent advancements in medical technology and techniques so I can provide my patients with diagnostic and treatment procedures that provide the best outcomes with the least discomfort or recovery times.
“I think the empathy I offer is every bit as important as medical expertise. Some people might not expect this of a medical specialist, but it’s a quality we all share at Hunterdon Gastroenterology Associates. In addition to our team’s expertise, I feel it’s what makes our practice special.”
