Hunterdon Gastroenterology Associates and Hunterdon Endosurgery Center is fortunate to have a wonderful team that all work together to assist you and answer all your questions. Our appointment team is available Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm to schedule office consultation appointments for new and existing patients, including but not limited to screening appointments, hospital follow ups, hemorrhoid banding, and office consultations.

Front Desk Team
Please check in at the front desk when you arrive for your appointment. To keep wait times to a minimum, print your registration forms before your visit from the patient forms tab. If you have not filled out your forms before your visit, our staff will be happy to assist you.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment if you prefer to fill out registration forms at our office.
Procedure Scheduling Team
Our procedure scheduling team is available Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm to schedule procedures such as Colonoscopies, Upper Endoscopies, Sigmoidoscopies, and any other procedure that your physician may order.

Our team of registered nurses are available to assist with questions over the phone.

We understand that insurance coverage can be confusing. Our experienced billing team will assist you when it comes to our insurance questions and any bills. They will also be able to assist with questions regarding authorizations for procedures and referrals.

Patient Care Representatives
When you arrive for your appointment our Patient Care team will assist in checking you in, making sure to update your medical record with insurance information and demographic information. Please remember to bring your photo identification and insurance card to every visit.
If you are a new patient, please make sure to print your patient packet prior to your visit, located under the patient forms tab.

Our clinical team of RN’s, LPN’s, and CMA’s are available to assist with any clinical needs. Whether its medication questions, test results, or you are just not feeling well, our staff will triage your symptoms and get you the appointment or answers that you need. On the day of your appointment or procedure, our clinical team members will prepare you by reviewing your symptoms, your history, and update your medications, providing you the best care possible and setting your mind at ease.
